Patti and Phil Young live in Maryville, Tennessee, at Young Mountain Farm.
Patti Young is in charge of all horse related business at the farm and is a retired Maryville City School teacher.
Phil Young is also a retired elementary school teacher and is the backstage crew around the farm. In his spare time, Phil constructed a fossil museum which is now used in Fossil Camps, educational courses, and Young Mountain Farm programs.

Patti (owner) and Chance
Katherine has been taking lessons at Young Mountain Farm since she was 12 years old. At 18, she is an accomplished rider and has excelled and shown in both combined training and competitive trail. She is currently working horses with Liberty Training and organized an amazing clinic here with Sam VanFleet. Katherine is head counselor at camp and works managing the barn three days a week.
Charlotte has been taking lessons here and attending camps since she was in elementary school. She leased Young Mountain Farm's pony Chance when she was younger and competed on him in combined training. She currently leases Teddy and works at the barn part time.
Isabel has been taking lessons here at the farm for a few years, started working as a counselor last summer and looking forward to working this summer at camp. She is training to show this year in combined training. Isabel and Katherine are good friends and look forward to many trail rides together this summer.
